Why can't a get Championship Manager 01/02 to install on this p.c?

It will let the 03/04 version install, but when I put the 01/02 disc in, it says select language, after i've chosen English it just doesn't do anything?

I've deleted things, uninstalled 03/04, but it still doesn't work.

Find the Application called startup.

When I click it it just comes up select language again and then nothing happens like before.

Q. If he's uninstalled stuff doesn't that mean he's running as Administrator?

you'd have assumed but i'm going on the theory this is microsoft we're talking about.

i can uninstall stuff at home on Vista but to run Driver Sweeper i need to run it as Administrator.
