My twattish neighbour in his M3

This made me laugh and then I realised how lucky he was.  This lad who lives near me bought a BMW M3 a few months ago, ive seen him nearly write it off twice on dual carriageways when he overtook me on dodgy corners but today took the biscuit.  He always rags the car into and out of the cul-de-sac I live in.

I got home from work and was getting my briefcase and laptop from the car when said plonker comes around the corner sees me and places his foot down in first and trys to swing it into the car park behind his house, he skids in the ice and smashes the car into another car.  I say 'Fucking twat' then realise his windows are down.  Our cul-de-sac has been a health hazard with ice very porminant.  Anyway I wander over and point out he should tell the bloke who owns the car and that I will explain what happened.  He finds the owner and explains he skidded in the ice, I kept quiet but was laughing at the fact he has fucked the front, side panel and lights on his M3.  I must be getting old but when he came back from telling the guy I said 'your lucky you didnt hit a kid, you need to start respecting the engine your car has and stop ragging it into this road.  If it was one of the kids youd be in prision twat'.  He started saying its not his fault it was the ice. 

Now do I tell the neighbour what he did as I think hes sayong as it was ice he will need to claim on his own insuranace or do I leave alone? The bloke will kill one of the little kids at this rate

Depends really. If he got rather defensive when you confronted him then I'd say he probably knows he's fucked up through stupidity and will hopefuly reign it in, in the future. If he made out it really was the ice then probably not.

No one should drive a BMW in the ice. The amount of people that got stuck in the car park at work on Friday was ridiculous!

I'd tell your neighbour, because if this pillock does end up killing someone whilst you kept silent I would imagine you wouldn't feel too great about it!

My car is shocking on ice! I banned my mrs from it as she kept nagging at me and thats worse than the ice!

You have set yourself a real problem there Ash!  If he does end up having a major or fatal accident and you have not reported it would you be able to live with your conscience?  I think only you can answer that one!

Nah his house is hiden away and he only moved in 2 weeks ago! Never mind, case closed will stitch the little prick up

See if he has learnt his lesson.....if not, get a webcam set up and record the pricks driving and send a weeks worth to the old bill.

I did this to our neighbour who runs a business nearby....nice people and hard working etc etc but i got a it pissed when they blocked the road twice a day with cars everywhere and pedestrians had to walk on the road...

Coppers said their hands were tied...so i sent in two weeks worth of vids/pics....doesnt happen now.
