If they do change it im going to get a Batman outfit and hang around in the shadows of Bassett fighting crime.

I already have a robin outfit, I can be your sidekick.

I support our troops obviously but they are fighting to keep us free, so we keep what we have so in that respect a street should not be re-named however we have all the holidays etc to remember the fallen.

Your holidays must be pretty depressing, call me old fashioned, but i prefer to relax and enjoy myself rather than remember the fallen

The Avenue of Broken Dreams would be better.  Defo needs to be more poignant (sp).

Renaming the road is a silly idea.

What goes on in Bassett is amazing though. Its very, very sad and moving,i never go out of my way to be there but if i am you can't do anything other than stand and be silent.Awful tragic waste of live.

Sorry Gazza but they are not fighting to keep us free, i have never been threatened by the taliban outside Sainsburys, they are fighting because this Government is a puppet to the Bush Administration. The sooner they get the fuck out of Afghanistan the better IMHO, just a needless waste of lives.
