Pele is apparently in talks with the producer of the original film (Freddie Fields) about a possible sequal/remake - it doesn't really say which.

Wonder if Nicky might try and play his dad's part.

Did the original not then?  I didn't watch the show, as I never was the biggest war film fan.

Does anyone remember the days when they used to make films based on original ideas and not just sequels, prequels, remakes or spin offs from TV series???

I wonder if the sequel will be about Pele, the only black man in war time France trying to escape the nazi occupied country, with a cap and an overcoat being his only disguise.  Those stupid gerries no wonder they lost the war.
