Cause I cant get on the Itunes store and its stressing me

I did one of those upgradey things it asks you to do the other day and ever since then its not worked

This is the message I get

I tunes could not connect to the Itunes store. The network connection timed out
Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active then try again

But my internet is working? Im on here?

arrgghhhhh Im such a dunce when it comes to these things the helpy things never helped either  Angry

I need to make a CD for a class on Wednesday! heeeeelppppp

there is a website where you can upgrade previous versions of i-tunes  - google it - that should work as a last resort if it worked on previous version. I have had problems a couple of times when upgrading newist version....

Do you know if you have any internet security software installed on your computer? Also are you runnin on windows xp, vista or is the computer a mac?

I've had 3 Zens all went pear shaped within a week, swapped to a samsung t10, never a problem
