As Michael said, the wood street wine shop do a good selection of cigars and cutters. Also do a hell of a good wine selection with oxes, I go there whenever I go to families for ameal or a clients done a big deal

As michael said, along with the Bushey one, there's an offi on Wood Street that sells that kinda stuff. They also sell 85% Absinthe, so you could buy both and have a proper old fashioned gentleman's evening. B)
