£15 for L&S, should've been pretty obvious it wasn't the real deal!

still fake and illegal to sell it.

i've done the oposite.

brought something in Nov. 3 weeks later and no replys to emails i put a claim in with Paypal to get money back.

Basically 2 weeks ago the item was deliverd without needing proof of postage so i left the Paypal claim. Got an email yesterday saying we're getting our money back.

that'll learn the little shit to not post goods on time

Because I have an authentic one and the differences, although subtle, are noticable.

I've brought loads of cd's/dvd's off e-bay at cheaper prices than amazon/play etc and never had a problem. I'm not fussed if someone's already watched/listened to it.

But generally if it's too cheap then there is a reason why. And buy from people with good feedback etc. It doesn't always guarantee but got 500+ feedback now with not 1 problem.

And your details are easily accessible by the seller, they need them in the first place to send you the goods. They may not get banned for just one item not sent either, e-bay don't like banning people unless they are persistent offenders as it's lost business for them.

You would have more joy calling or contacting the brand name with his user ID and it's likely they would have his account shut sharpish.

I had a massive problem selling legit designer gear a few years ago imported directly from the label and due to the volume of fake goods designer labels will often get all auctions closed down on ebay legit or not.

It's called the vero program and there's very little right to reply or appeal legit or not.

I got my money back off the scammer. He even included the cost of the postage. How very nice of him.

Now I've got my money back I've reported the cunt to eBay for selling counterfeit goods Smiley

For selling hooky goods, is it done anonymously? i.e. will the seller know I reported them?

Reason being, some scammer sold me a Lyle & Scott shirt which turns out to be fake. I've started a claim through PayPal for my money back but I want to report the little scamming bastard as well so that he can't make any more money from his little counterfeit enterprise, but without him knowing it was me.

Serves you right for buying tosh like Lyle and Scott. What is this? 2006?
