Hello all. Did the VIP thing today which was great as first time since the new board had taken over I had done it. Anyway it was a great day.

Saw quite a few people but no idea who they were looking at, probably Cox or Stockport players anyway, Jim Magilton was there along with Dave Jones and Jimmy Quinn, a representative from Brighton (as wearing a Brighton tracksuit) .

Nicky Hammond and Alan Reeves were also there along with Fitzroy Simpson.

Not sure if anyhting to read into because apart from Cox no one on our squad is worth buying so....

I listened to their manager talking to the Stockport press after the game and he is resigned to losing 3 of their players as the club is in a bad position financially. He believes that they are ready for the Championship and would not stand in their way to leave.

perhaps Fitton is going to loosen the purse strings, and gote Pete in to advise teh best way to spunk millions of pounds very quickly
