Is anyone else watching or am i on my own?

There have been some brilliant matches already, i was on the edge of my seat last night watching Barney vs Baxter

I want James Wade to win but the way he is playing it seems unlikely

Who won last night?

Watched that shite Shooting Stars instead and then forgot to check the scores!

'World Darts Championship' my arse.  The PDC is a Murdoch-funded greed league...just like the Premiership.

The real darts starts next week at Frimley Green - and it's free to watch on the BBC.  Martin Adams, Darryl Fitton, Ted Hankey...& Bobby George!  That's where it's at.

The standard on the BBC is awful as is the atmosphere! And Tony Green is an awful commentator.

Its hardly free to watch on the BBC is it? How much is the TV liscence these days?

Klassen Barney and Wade.

Cheers. Taylor is in great form at the moment. Going to take a mammoth effort to beat him I reckon.

Each to their own.  I think the atmosphere at the Lakeside ('the home of World Darts', no less) is superb.  The Sky/PDC effort just feels plastic to me.
