Yep, maybe they do have one of the better squads in the league but they are far, far too reliant upon Beckford. Poor run of form for him and there's no one to get the goals and they start to look pretty average.
The amount of managers these guys have been through in the last few years is starting to put us to shame!

This is why I have reservations about appointing someone like Calderwood. If we ever had to sack him, I'd be gutted.

Really? I don't think he's that bad although i'll admit that i'd rather have Wilson.

Well, we know where we're goin' But we don't know where we've been And we know what we're knowin' But we can't say what we've seen And we're not little children And we know what we want And the future is certain Give us time to work it out

I have to agree with the Fatbury there. McCallister was a great player but he doesn’t appear to have that edge that makes a good manager and to be honest he reminds me a hell of a lot of Maurice Malpas. Everything pointing to a great gaffer. Brilliant career, vocal and committed on the pitch, captained his side but as a manager he just doesn’t have the edge required. He had a mediocre stint at Coventry and given the squad he had at Leeds something really must be quite amiss to end up where they are at present.
