the main reason why bit torrent isn't always as quick as downloading from a website is because you are downloading parts from other people and not a dedicated webserver, but you are also constantly uploading to other people so there is more traffic plus it depends on how many sources have the full file. if only a few people have the full file it means the speed will slowly decrease as you get near the end of your download.

p.s. these remastered deluxe versions of Faith/Pornography/Seventeen Seconds are ace. A Forest sounds about ten times better.
