Depends on my mood:

New York Fairy Tale when I'm pissed.
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas when pissed on Xmas Eve walking home
When getting pissed at a Party, has to be Slade.

I hate

All of Cliff Richard's
Kids Choirs & the like

that song about wish it could be Christmas every day! (Wizard/Roy Wood)

East 17 isn't really a xmas song, there isn't anything xmas about it, apart from being number one.

ee the trick is only pick on those that can't do you no harm

I want to add

Christmas rapping by The Waitresses

and

Rocking around the Christmas Tee by Ted Chippington and (I think) We've got a Fuzzbox and We're Going to Use it, (and maybe a whole load of other people from Vindaloo records that I can't remember)

I'm hoping someone like Mex or Yeovil will remember this one as it's possible I'm just imagining it.

Good point....strangely contradictory, how a bunch of wannabe thugs could pen something as angsty sensitive as this.

Good shout about the Ramones and Pogues.
Bruce Springsteen - Santa Claus is Coming to Town - and no he's not going to be our new manager.
Chris Rea - Driving Home For Christmas
John Lennon - Happy X mas, War Is Over - a great song ruined by those X Factor muppets.
