Nice little piece on Simon Cox on the back page of the sport section in todays under the 'scouting report section'.
Apparently their reporter watched him at Brighton.
Cant get onto much on the web from work so cant post any links!

Valuation: £1.25m.
Disappointed if we let him go for that.

We should be looking at at least 5 million and a drum.

Interesting read - 1.25 million valuation, I suppose about right.
Clicked on a link down below to the Carling Cup game at Leeds which I was at. Nice comment from Kingy!
The Swindon manager Andy King was dignified in defeat. "I thought we deserved to win and I couldn't be more proud of the team," he said. "It's a cruel way to go out of a competition, yet we came so close to winning it in normal time.
"I'm going out to get drunk now. At least it was Peter Reid's side that knocked us out. If this result is the start of them turning the corner then I'm delighted for him."

Looking through the other "scouting reports", Cox is valued £500k more than Mackail-Smith.....

When was Mckail-Smith's scouting report done? He is surely one of the hottest properties in the league I would have thought?

Watkins made it pretty clear at the Trust meeting the club's valuation would be starting at £2m+. Which I think is designed to scare people off, at least for January
