My pooch was killed by a Cobra.

She was a Chinese Shar pe and was the best dog ever.

This thread is making me sad.

Aww I hope you get him he's lovely.A friendly warning though a 10  month old SBT is a destructive force unlike any other dog ive ever owned. They'll chew everything skirting boards, doors and more. You might want to invest in a Crate for when you arent at home.

i discussed his behaviour today with the workers at blue cross yeovil.they seem to think he's fine when on his own,he is placid and mellow, doesn't bark-go mental, time will tell.they said he might piss in the house a bit due to nerves at the start of his life with us but that was it.was thinking of buying a cage though.
he wont be left on his own much at all.
he's ours as long as little un is ok with him and our house checks out ok.(both formalities really)

Good luck Arriba, ours had her first jabs last week and after next Mondays second dose she can go out.  Taught her to sit this weekend (ok my mrs did as the little shit dont listen to me), its great seeing them learn.

We paid £350 for ours as a donation (which was set) but its worth it as we now where she has come from etc and had been wormed and looked after.  Weve been using a hot water bottle at night and the only thing she has eat is my work shirts and not the furniture

We adopted a 10 month old yellow Labrador from Blue Cross, Burford, last December. She has been excellent in all ways, except does not like being left alone, so we now use a cage and that's fine for a couple of hours. I'm home all day which is ideal. I soon started her at obedience classes, and now she is training for agility as well. Great fun, hope you enjoy yours as much as I have enjoyed mine.

Ace. The home visit is just a formality really to make sure you don't live in a skip or you're a serial killer.

What a great Christmas present for your family, and especially the kids.

No, but I was born and bred there, lived there until the fateful day I put a ring on a certain ladies' finger!!  Have travelled a bit since then but it will always be my spiritual home as my parents are buried in the churchyard there.  What you doing in the mighty Hankerton?

My sister works at Lifestyle Beauty salon - has done for years!
