how do you download stuff from these 'torrent' sites? do you need special software to download/watch it? i've been trying to download new south park episodes for ages but haven't got a clue how to, can someone please help me out???

you need a torrent clienty thing. I like Azureus which you can download from here. Install that, download the torrent file, point the program to it and you should be away. Hope that helps |

its easy as pie. Just download bit torrent then open the downloaded files in bit torrent. even a gay black child could do it

have downloaded that azureus thing which i kind of understand - works pretty much the same as the old napster thing back when it was free? (haven't used it for ages) - but when i try & download the torrent files from say, here... http://www.torrentspy.com/search.asp?mode=torrentdetails&id=194669 it says there was a connection error in the 'Tracker status' column in azureus & so I cant download. is this because there is no one currently online that is sharing that file? do i have to wait until someone is or am i just rubbish? will take ages anyway coz it says the file is about 130mb! help please also there is a little red face on the left hand side of the file which says i'm not connected to a peer when downloading. whats that all about? |
