I've just trawled through all 11 pages and for me Malpas has to go simply because he's lost the confidence and respect of the fans. When Wise and Sturrock were appointed an air of optimism hung over the CG and this was transmitted onto the pitch, and I would love to see another manager instated with a similar reputation. I thought on Tuesday night we looked like a good side. Timlin in particular impressed me which seems to be in stark contrast to what some people are saying on here!
However, where to be people expect to be? Is this team as good as we think it is? Yes Cox is decent when he's interested, and McNamee's an exciting player, but who else in the team is a top quality player remotely capable of cutting it in the Championship?

I think Saturday's game was a watershed for Malpas. Had we won I might have thought differently, because it would have shown we might have turned a corner, or at least been able to stop the rot. Yet we're making the same errors week in, week out and there's no sign that things will get better, defensively at least. Some players are getting worse!
I think it's time. Still, booing still sucks. Have a moan afterwards by all means, but not during the game.

That continued onto the pitch. Obvious, but it had to be said!

I knows he's only young and all... but he's been part of the most shambolic defensive team we've had for a while... he's still got to improve miles to maintain a lace in our team.

He's been one of the better parts though, and unless we get two new centre halves in who are head and shoulders above what we currently have, he's staked his claim for a place against Jerel and Hasney
