My original guess would have been Chris Sutton, but my curiosity took over and he won 1 cap.
I cheated and looked at the answer...

It's got to be someone who played for bloody ages without ever really scoring loads of goals a season or looking particularly outstanding.
And someone who didn't offer anything different from the regular first choice England strikers of the time.
My guess is Kevin Campbell, a Lidl Les Ferdinand who I can't remember getting a game for England even during Grahm Taylor's time in charge when every bugger who had ever hit the net in the top flight seemed to get a game or two.
If he did get a full cap then I'm stuggling. Kevin Phillips definately got a few games, so did James Beattie, so did Stan Collymore, so did Chris Sutton and Brian Deane......
What about Dean Holdsworth? Or maybe the dope smoking Chris Armstrong? They must have got a few in the Prem just by hanging around a good few years, and I'm pretty sure they never played for England?

I know this, it's a trick question. It's Dmitri Kharine because he's really Pavel Srníček

I can assure you Dell that Giggs is Welsh, and in fact he has 64 welsh caps. Google is your friend.
