...for most on here.

Take some deep breaths, close your eyes, then let all the negativity, anger and frustration flow out of you. The rest of the world is still going to be shit, but you'll have made all the difference you can by not letting it get you down.

Now enjoy a glass of wine and try to relax before another hectic week starts.

The highlight of my day is I bought a washing machine from Currys today.

I hope that makes you all feel better.

i ran out of coffee this morning.

i queued for half an hour at tesco to get diesel.

everyone ditched me in the merlin.

the hot dog and pasty i had at football were awful.

football.

i've caused unknown damage to the speakers in my car and have wasted money on it.

i've got work tomorrow.

I went to the pub and got pissed.

I went to the football.

I'm now drinking again to help me forget the football.

And I'm having my favourite tea tonight - tuna pasta bake, yum yum.

Tuna pasta bake is your friend.

I have had no cash for beer all weekend and have to work tomorrow.

Football.

Good venting everybody. Now how can the TEF come together to salvage the rest of everybody's Sunday?

I can't be arsed with Sunday football and stupid KO times...beautiful early autumn day, too good to waste in the slough of despond that the CG has become, so it was a walk for me.

Very fine too, the wet summer means that the foliage, hedgerows and field edges, haven't become lank and brown, but rather retain a verdant green. The browns of the freshly ploughed fields, contrast wonderfully with the azure of the sky...and overhead buzzards mewed whilst gracefully soaring on the thermals.

Plenty of mushrooms to be had, as it's classic conditions.
