The reason you don't see many chinese twins is not because there aren't any in fact it's the opposite there are loads. However what happens is that whilst one stays in china the other is over here cooking special fried rice. Then after a 6 months they swap. It's a never ending cycle of twin swapping.
Or it could just be the biggest ever case of double counting?
