Bit of an odd question but I have been asked to come up with a couple of ideas for a mate's business.  He's got a £40 promotion budget for new customers to use at Christmas and wants something that has mass appeal and his customers will have a tangible feel for there and then so no vouchers etc.

My best suggestion is an iPod shuffle, which comes in under budget has mass market appeal and is perfect for Christmas.  Plus looking at branding associating his company with Apply is no bad thing.

Has anyone any better ideas or suggestions?

Bear in mind his customers are aged 18-80 and don’t fall into any demographic, categories etc so it has to be impressive and have that eye catching mass market appeal.

Cheers Ears.

Ive just organised Shuffels for a client giveaway so Id say thats a good idea!

They also did some Wiis and Tom Toms but for your budget thats a spot on gift - even if you have an Ipod shuffles are great for the gym etc
