I've never liked the Chilis all that much, but they do have some songs I think are great, Under The Bridge is probably my favourite of theirs, I think John Frusciante is an amazing guitarist.

I was also going to remind Dave of their non-Britishness, but it seems I've been beaten to it.

The 80's were worse, unless you are into yer hair metal.

The 90's were massively eclectic, more so than any other, and perhaps the last decade of true innovation.
