4 o'clock this morning on discovering I had sim locked my phone it was promptly slammed against the desk.

Screen imploded and was buggered so like any inquisitive young drunk I disected and conducted a post mortem.

The result being I am now the proud owner of one sim locked card and a phone in more pieces than Andy Kings logic.

So back to purchasing a new one.

Previously had a Samsung E800 and I loved the little bugger like a child.

Anyway if anyone can put forward a few suggestions for a replacement it's appreciated.

Being rather picky (or should that be pikey?) on the phone front here is my list of demands...

- Silver (none of this black crap)
- Flip Top or slide (a must)
- Camera (with flash for night club photos again essential)
- Enough childish features and toys to keep my small mind amused
- Tiny (has to be very light weight again a must)
- Preferably loads of memory
- Limited edition is always nice

Been looking at this baby:

Not released in the UK but very little spec on it, alternatively looking at another E800.

The Samsung D500 is tasty but it costs a mint to get the silver limited edition and is a tad bulky compared to the E800.  The Motoroal V3 is also tempting but my mate has one and photos are shite.

One last thing does anyone know if unlocked phones purchased Stateside will work over in old Blighty?

I've got the D500 and it's absolutely lush, certainly the best phone I've ever used - I got mine free on a new contract.

I've had my phone for 2 1/2 years and the 7 button is broken. Looking to invest in the summer I think, if I can scrape the cash together

I've had three phones in about two years, none of them have got damaged except my last one which I threw against the wall (I think it was the Stockport 3-3 game I was listening to) and even then it didn't break much, the battery clip thing on the back doesn't work.
