England's too sheltered to have a tsunarmi, from my basic gcse knowledge anyway. We are covered from the south and east by europe, north scotland will cover us (and iceland, faroe islands i think?), west wales and ireland. Unless something massive comes in from south west and drowns cornwall and devon I reckon we will be ok.

This is something we discussed at length in gcse geography, the flood plain of the mississippi is bigger than the entire united kingdom.
Ergo It is possible that england may flood meaning that everything will be under water. To combat this threat we decided that the best contingency plan was to build massive barges capable of holding millions of people. Due to lack of fuel it would be necessary for the barges to be pulled along by people.
We decided that the people who're too useless to do anything else should pull the barges and be known as bargepullers. Everyone else will chuck rotten food at them to make them go as fast as possible. With this method it will be possible to save the entire population of England.
Our plans were extremely detailed and take into account all possible eventualities so there is no need to worry.
