I love Spooks  Anyone watch this? I couldnt work out who it was aimed at? I thought maybe the Dr Who audience but it was on a bit late for that.Maybe its aimed at the Hollyoaks audience? who knows! I liked it anyway,dispite its daftness. |

It looked borderline bad from the adverts I saw so I didn't pay much attention to when it was going to be on. Which is a shame as I don't watch much telly, only Hollyoaks on occasion  |

Not as shit as I'd anticipated.
Certainly nowhere near as bad as the truly terrible Bonekickers. I can't believe that came from 2/3rds of the writing team that produced Life on Mars. Tony Jordan was clearly providing a fuck of a lot of quality control on that one.

Shitkickers is spectacularly bad isn't it. They tried to make Indian Jones meets Time Team. They fucked up both aspects. The writing, acting and plotlines are all terrible. And yet it is on prime time TV. I also keep watching it. Why? |

It's not budget that's the problem it's the scripts. Plot's are laughable, characterisation either stupidly stereotypical or so thin as to be virtually invisible, and you can almost hear the dialogue clank. As I said before it seems hardly credible that Matthew Graham and Ashley Pharoah, who wrote Life on Mars, are behind this. Tony Jordan co-wrote LoM with them and they clearly fucking need his input, 'cause Ashes to Ashes was a bit dissappointing, and this is just shite |
