Crip Carts

What is it wiht old people driving around in their crip carts, was in town lunctime and nearly got run over by at least 2 they just down slow down

is it something nicho can drive?

The motorised scooter things that old people and people too fat to walk or people that are unable to walk drive round on the pavement in town - just my terminology crip carts !

argh i get you now.

i saw one driving round the main rounadbout in chippy the other day, it went round twice. i pissed myself.

also funny when you see someone come out the pub pissed and zoom off up the street in one.

When they drive on the road is the msot annoying thing. They shouldn't be on the road, and can be dangerous for everyone.

I'm guessing they would be prosecuted should they be drunk in charge of a "crip cart" and they do damage to a person or animal.  I hope they would anyway.

I think there was a story in the news not so long back about someone being prosecuted for it.
