It's a tour where we lacked in depth. He's on the payroll and therefore he's in the squad. I'd guess that once the new midfielder comes in that's when Pook will struggle or have to work exceptionally hard.

If he's not doing anything else and we're still paying him then there's no point not using him when we have a gap in the squad. He's not THAT bad, he is capable of providing occasional or sub cover in League One.
