Black Mountain's album is superb, the opening guitar riff is tremendous.
Grinderman is pretty good too, Nick Cave at his sleazy best.

I love Sons & Daughters album, especially "Flags", very Sleater-Kinney. "I will possess your heart" by Death Cab FC is an amazing song, but i haven't given the album my full attention yet. Big fan of Vampire Weekend. Young For Eternity is a modern classic. All-in-all, a good mix, but you should be shot for having "The Feeling"  |

Big fan of Vampire Weekend. Young For Eternity is a modern classic. All-in-all, a good mix, but you should be shot for having "The Feeling" I agree about the Feeling, I hadn't realised how bad they actually were until I saw them at Glastonbury! Listened to Larrikin Love, Pete and the Pirates and Feeder so far. Pete and the Pirates is a great album, Larrikin Love is decent as well. Sons and Daughters next on my listen list. |

I've got 2 Thea Gilmore Albums, both sweet as. I believe that she has about 7 albums! There are loads of singer/songwriters that are underrated and will never really make it commercially, Tom Mcrae, Tom Baxter are 2 of my favourite. |
