You say that, but once a kid goes to school they are away from the parents' care for most of the day. Obviously discipline in schools is not as good as it could be.

I think these days it is ridiculous - it was in the paper the other day that teachers cannot put sun screen on the young kids as they may be accussed of interfering with them.
I think all this is political madness gone wrong, these day's you'd probably be arrested for farting in front of a copper
