Shit dude that's bad news. I know one or two other people who are losing jobs due to the housing market, shame.

It's tough times, not helped by estate agents and the media, how the financial industry is regulated to the hilt and yet some weekend journo in the Telegraph can talk absolute rubbish at his own free will, and then his/her readers take his opinion as fact is beyond me.  These people are doing a lot of damage to the economy imo.

As for estate agents as soon as they are fully regulated as professionals the better.

I was laid off many years ago and looking back it (although it was terrible at the time) it made me look at what I was doing rather than just bumping along day to day. Within weeks I'd found something I was happier doing, made more money and had more time off. Eight years later and it was still one of the best things that happened to me...

Don't let it hit your condfidence. Just remember that like the girls say, its not you, its them. Not that you seem to have a problem with confidence DRS.

Sorry to hear that DRS.

I lost my (old) job earlier this year, and without doubt it turned out to be a very positive thing. I hope that the same will apply to you.

We just found out we're about to be outsourced so i sort of know how you feel. Not quite the same, but a kick in the balls nonetheless...

Hope you get somewhere sorted. Cheesy
