Right, this is not a thread about the rights, wrongs etc. and I'm very sorry for taking up space and bandwidth on a football forum, however this is a very important subject for me and my good lady. I am interested in hearing from anybody who has either been adopted as a child themselves, or more importantly anyone who is already an adoptive parent (or going through the process). Pumbaa, I can probably put you in touch with my mother, as my parents are currently going through the adoption process. I'd wager your experience will differ from theirs, as my parents have been fostering nigh on 20 years now and the lad they are adopting has lived with us for the last 2 and a half years.
