I was looking forward to watching Bruno but it is by far the worst film I have ever seen. No one wants to see a guys cock swinging around talking etc.and gay sex toys for 2 hours. How it ever got into a cinema I will never know. Absolutely disgusting and pointless film. I didnt think it was funny at all, it was cringeworthy.
I find myself agreeing with you on that one

True to the book,so wasn't the most fun i've ever had but still worth a watch.
Sad to see Edward Woodward has died.

Yeah the humour isn't very clever is it? When I re-watched some the other day I hardly found any of it funny. It's mostly just him prancing around being like "I'm so gay and outrageous". If you go on to youtube and watch the Bruno clips that were in the Ali G TV show before the they are much, much funnier. I still maintain the bit in the film where he's on the chat show with the baby is well funny tho.

Watched Proposition at the weekend.....abit nastier than the stuff i like to watch but a combination of Nick Caves weird music and Ray Winstons brilliant acting kept me well interested....not a bad film at all.

Bruno was pants.
Sacha has done some great stuff but he is really scraping the barrel now.

Has anyone watched 500 days of summer??
I've listened to the soundtrack on spotify and am smitten. Is the film as good?

Hmm, one of those films I've never got round to watching, despite really wanting to afetr reading the book. May have to finally give it a go.

Max Manus: Man Of War, good stuff, about the Norweigan resistance during the Second World War, would recommend it.

178 pages and this is my first post in this thread I think, sweet. We had a laddish night tonight and I watched 3 films I'd never seen but that everyone shoud:
The Hangover, Step Brothers and Old School.
All fucking brilliant and hilarious but Old School just edges it for me for the streaking bit.

Gomorrah was decent. Like an Italian City of God but not quite as good, though maybe thats because it has more truth to it. Could have done with a bit more action and a little less story though.
My first Blu Ray and the picture was impressive.
