"You have no experience of war, do you?" "Fired a couple of shots" Speaking of Stallone, couldn't help but notice this gem coming up http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1320253/Looks an ace cast, especially with Stone Cold Steve Austin and that bird from Buffy being added.

Just watched Tropic Thunder. It didn't make me laugh all that much but it kept me interested throughout.
I thought Cruise's character was unfunny going by the clips I saw on Jonathan Ross but he did make me chuckle in the film.

Just watched 'How to lose friends and alienate people', which is quite fitting actually. Was pretty good (Pegg fan though).

Caught Children of men last night was ok, Caine's pot obsessed character was a highlight but it was a bit of a naff ride through to a predictable ending.

Children of Men was worth a go. The scene where the burning car comes out of the woods, and the ensuing chase with motorbike gunmen was pretty ace.

not spectacular by any means but one of the most unrelentlingly brutal films i've ever seen. an english halfway point between them and funny games.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it yet but i watched green street 2 stand your ground last night,it's not very often the second film is better that the first but in this case it is.
More realistic than the first and much better without that yank in it.
I have to say i enjoyed this film.

Looks like an even bigger load of bollocks. Why's the setting all wrong, that can't be an English prison.

On that note about the prison,i suppose it don't look that english but that's a minor detail to me,it's easy to pick holes in every film made when you think about it.
I thought the acting was much better and woman who played the evil cow as the prison guard done a good job.

i just watched larry clark's kids. bit disappointing, a meandering and pointless plot punctuated with incomprehensible dialogue.
