I'm pretty indifferent to steak, nice, but not my favourite.

My dinner tonight was Chorizo fried in Olive Oil, taken out, Chicken then fired in the juices with Red Jalepenos, Garlic, paprika, Cayenne, tomato puree and then dump the Chorizo back in. Then boshed it all in baked potato, which kind of belittled the cooking of the Chicken. Oh well it was nice.

I had quite a few pints of various Arkells beer tonight .....Arkells is a bit of a treasure really.   Not only has it a long term association with STFC, but it maintains  traditional brewing and pub tenancy.

     Arkells.

I'm not a big fan of ale but I have enjoyed some of the Gluepot guest ales and beer festivals over the years.
