A googly search tells me that Austria has a population of just over 8 Mill. They must have a HUGE ratio of freaks/populous.

Something can't be right there.

Thailand is quite high on the list, not that surprised really although what worries me is the amount of "Cases" here where Mr. Joe Bloggs commits suicide by hand-cuffing his hands and feet, ties a plastic bag over his head and then stabs himself repeatedly 20 times with a carving knife.

They seem to have two different sources for japan so they've put them in twice. References [15] and [41]. You can follow them up to see which one looks more correct.
