Most on here will know what mine is RE: my Tsunami experience. And I have also witnessed some very humbling siuations RE: poverty Ect.

But surely a few others on here have been face to face with some serious shit.

Tan's for example must have seen some serious shit in his career, and I suspect that the currently absent Johnno has some stories to tell.

Has anybody else had some seriously intense life experiences to tell?

Nope. I once thought i saw a ghost, but looking back it probably wasn't. Thats the most other-worldly i've ever been.

Only the time I was in a car and really honestly thought I was going to die.

I posted it after it happened, might see if I can find it

I was around the corner from Tavistock Square in July 2005 - heard the bomb etc. To be in London with very little to do because everything is closed or closing for the day was very odd.

Went for a routine knee op, was knocked out ready for the slice and my lung collapsed! Died on the bed numerous times and was brought back around!  Woke up in IC attached to a machine that was breathing for me.  Went home that night and played footie that weekend!

Immense!

Oh, and I don't remember a thing about it accept for waking up to find my wife, mum, dad and boss  standing around my bed in tears!

Total head fuck that was!

Bloody hell Berniman!!!

I found a body back in 2003, young boy who had been dead for a few weeks, worse smell, image I have ever seen.

A tenant also waving a needle at me a few years back fucked me up for a while too.

I have seen some shit yes (numerous dead bodies, hangings, given CPR to an 18 month old baby etc) , but not really keen on chatting about it to be honest.

Oh and rolled a car, that was quite scary i tell thee!

I know good one ain't it!  Great one to get everyone's attention at a party!

You've played footy against me and apart from being too old for it now , you could hopefully see that no real harm was done......

apart from the head fuck of course!

 Cool
