cool, also means you get official recognition for the job you are doing. Recognition goes a long way in my book, I am the most Junior person in Bangkok within my company (They are international) yet they let me know that they can't do without me. A salary rise has been "Mentioned" within my first month and my business cards arrive on Tuesday. I don't even need business cards really, but I think that they are giving them to me as a show of respect and appreciation of my efforts. |
