There's one going on here right now that is a real window frame rattler, and some of the thunder seems to be coming from literally directly above me (Very very loud)..

The best thunderstorm I've seen is when I lived in Cyprus. Seeing the lightening reflection in the sea is immense. So warm yet pissing down.

When I was a kid we once had a massive thunderstorm that made the upstairs floor shake. That was ace.  Cool

Most women seem to be scared of thunderstorms.

Except for my Nan, she loves them to bits and when back in England her and I used to watch the whole thing from her bedroom window.

Even now when there is a biggie going on I call her so she can hear the thunder.

My Nan is coolness personified..... FACT.

I love proper thunderstorms! We don't really get them in the UK which makes me sad. Seen a few huge storms when on the continent though. Awesome to watch.

They are good, I remember having one I was sat upstairs doing loads of over due Geography homework on the PC (11 pieces, super duper mega final deadline day tomorrow) of course we had a power cut and I lost everything.

Once I was out playing football, it was weird we could see the storm coming at us. We were at one end of the field it was fine....then the other end you could hear the pain pouring down on the houses....you could hear it moving up the field towards us....was really bizzare.
