My Mrs wears lenses, she wears the monthly ones so there is no messing about putting them in and out every day, only once a month.

She has been wearing them for years but still get's stressed sometime's when they won't go in properly or ask's me..can you still see it in my eye I'm not sure if I have put it in or dropped it !!

Not so sure I'd like to wear them...but then I wouldn't like to wear glasses all the time either so probably the lesser of 2 evil's

Saying that I must make an eye test, specsavers have been mailing me for about the past year saying it is something like 2-3 since my last eye test, but I suspect I will need new glasses (for driving) so keep putting it off as I ain't got glasses money !

Same as. Got them for snooker and got fucked off with it taking 30 minutes to get the bastards in.

I tried to wear some last weekend and they kept bouncing off my eye and wrapping round my finger.

They're ace once you get them in though. I might try again later.

Get some eye drops that you can use with contacts or squirt in some saline solution into your eyes before putting them in. Really helps to stop them sticking to your finger.

been back to have more training and has now got to grips with them.
thanks for all the responses, as they did ease my sons mind and changed his attitude to learning to use them. he got it almost straight away today. when the fuckers go inside out is the only minor problem now.
and another monthy direct debit for me :roll: but its worth it
