I do like tea out of a cup I must admit Reg but I normally drink out of my mug.

4 big mugs a day is quite a lot Ralphy. I'm a two mug man.

I need plenty of fluid cos I run 5 miles nearly every day at the moment Reginald. Water is so boring.

try squash (or cordial for Reg) - it's like water, but fruity.

I don't mind No added sugar Ribena but I love a warm cuppa!

I drink Lucozade Sport while running.

only if I can bring my imaginary friend Dallas and we can pretend in my head that the queen is coming round
That would really be re-visiting my childhood

Dallas can clean the cutlery...I've a nice set of antique fish knives and forks.

Decent fish should always be eaten with proper cutlery...

I drink about one cup of coffee or tea a day now that I don't smoke. always used to go hand in hand.

I seem to have replaced cigarettes with a good cuppa which means im drinking way too much tea now

it has a lot of good properties in moderation - reduces risk of one type of diabetes and also Parkinsons and is very rich in anti-oxidants which mop up the free radicals (bad shit) in your cells. But caffeine in excess causes nerve issues and can lead to addictive problems. They also spray a lot of shit on coffee beans which is why I buy organic coffee - Clipper Arabica is lush.

Everything is bad for you apart from water and salad!

Or so how the Daily Mail would have us believe.

Smoking is a waste of good beer money. Beers

Mind you it could have been Cheltnum away (they all roll into one for me), it was the night we went to The Groves after getting off the train. You were smoking more than a Beagle in a Life Science Lab
