Is it?

I used to have that somewhere and I've never noticed.

I might take you up on the hour challenge. If I do the SNES All-Stars version I can even record it. I doubt I could do it without dying, so it wouldn't be very spectacular to watch.

I just realised that I don't think I've played any of worlds 2-7 in about half a decade. They truly are the forgotten levels of the 2nd (or maybe 3rd, or 4th) best Mario game.

The Nes Metroids are more a priority of playing for me at the moment. Having played through Prime on the GC for the lots'th time and being near the end of Super Metroid. (probably the last great Snes game that I'd never got around to playing).

yeah, level 8 is in 4 parts....the first part with the tank and ship, second part where you run across the 5 levels and the hand drags you in....the 11 minute man goes from this to the final bower stage without doing the levels in between...

I'll double check but im sure he misses that bit out....

I think you might be right.

In my head he moves straight for the bit where you got to run across dodging the map bits.

he also runs across the 5 levels without being dragged into one, which is possible....but highly unlikely.

I'd give him that. If you ever look into speed runs then these people take advantages of patterns and glitches and shit to the extreme. Don't underestimate the excessiveness of geeking it up.

I can't get these to work, my laptop just goes to 100% CPU usage and sits there until I end the process.

He used an emulator and slowed the frame rate down so he did cheat, so I have no need to question the other details  Cool
