The excel Spreadsheet is password protected clues are below...
- There is a bus with 7 Girls on board
- Each girl carries 7 bags
- Inside each bag there is 7 cats
- Every cat has 7 kittens
- All cats have 4 legs each
Question: How many legs are in the bus? (Ignoring the driver!)
Anyone know the answer? I thought it was 1386 but its not.

Pretty simple really:
49 cats = 196 legs
343 kittens = 1372 legs
7 girls = 14 legs
Total = 1582

So 49 bags
- Inside each bag there is 7 cats
49 bags each with 7 cats in is 343 cats
- Every cat has 7 kittens
each of those 343 cats has 7 kittens , so 2401 kittens
- All cats have 4 legs each
10990 is what i have.
But then 1386 would seem logical as it doesn't say the kittens are in the bags.
I feel stupid and demand to know the answer.

10990? That's correct isn't it. Remember Each girl has 7 bags. Which is 49 bags = 343 cats = 1372 legs. 343 cats * 7* 4 = 9604 kittens legs. + 14 legs belonging to the girls. Of course it doesn't say the kittens are in the bags with the cats, or that the girls have 2 legs, so you can make up your own answers. Edit.
