The bloke has been a loon for many a year. I'll never forget that fly on the wall documentary about his time in China. The lad has, unfortunately, lost the plot, those that have been near him and not done anything about it should be ashamed of themselves, I would be if a friend ended up like that.

I think this has been inevitable for quite some time. In 442 magazine from 1995, an article about Gazza alludes to these problems years before it became such public knowledge. Good luck to him, mental issues never get the understanding they should.

What do you "legend" ??
Of course he's a fucking legend. Anyone doubting that just needs to watch his goal against the porridge gobblers.

I think Charlotte was calling Gazza a "legend", I don't think she was implying he wasn't a "legend" just that he was a "legend". Speech marks or no speech marks.
I could be "wrong".

he's the best british player in my lifetime imo.the fact that he never reached the hights his talents deserved is a shame.as is his mental state. i think he should have joined man u instead of going to spurs.

Err. there wasn't a show. I meant he should have gone mad on a reality tv show so we could have watched. Because it would have been funny. In a cruel way.
Mental illness is sad when it's family and friends but funny when it's celebrities. FACT!
