For a good homemade sandwich, using nothing but good old fashioned sandwich ingredients:
2 x big cuts of white bread Cheese Tomato Ham (preferably Wiltshire) Lettuce Red Onion Cucumber Mayonnaise (if you're feeling adventurous, substitute for sweet onion relish)
