Even 3 days growth in this humidity makes me feel itchy and dirty. Always clean shaven me.

I don't know how you put up with the humidity in Bangkok. Three days was enough for me...before I had to get out and head further south. Humidity and pollution - a heady mix.

The very subtle ginger hint of a tint in any growth over 4 days restricts my bility to grow anything longer.
Anyway, James how are you? We don't see enough of you and Bob around these parts anymore.

My favourite beardy experience, was back in about 1980, when I had a fairly luxuriant growth.....I'd gone to a party at Groundwell Farm. On leaving in the early hours I had to leg it back to OT.....it was about this time of year, and maybe the last time we had really cold weather....it was -26C .
I discovered for the first and only time the Chris Bonnington look, whereby your breathe gets caught in your beard/tache and freezes, so you end up with ice crystals in it. Strange.
It was probably marginally longer than my hair.....got rid because I used to roll it into mini dreads as a nervous habit.
