My lovely little girl today passed her driving test (2nd attempt), she will be 18 in April.
2007 has been quite expensive with her and 2008 doesn't look like it will be any cheaper:
So far I have forked out for both tests and numerous lessons, brought her a reasonable second hand Fiesta. Both my lads brought their own cars, good lads.
My daughter goes to University next year so more money (lots of), neither my lads did, they went straight out to work.
I also in a drunken mess promised to pay for her holiday in Zante in July, oh boy.
In the future:
Of course if she gets married then its dad who pays again, with the lads it will be down to the girls parents (I bloody hope, they better meet rich tarts).
My God, daughters are so expensive, but mine like a lot of other dads is the apple of my eye, love her to bits and shes worth every penny.
