Can anyone recommend a good personal trainer. Prices etc in the Swindon area? I need someone who is going to motivate me to lose weight etc and live healthier. I’ll cut back on drinking in the New Year already that’s a start but I need a swift kick up the ass to motivate me.

This bloke, Les Slinn, is the man. He used to wrok at the gym i used to frequent. He's a seriously nice bloke, very friendly and seriously knows his shit (he's always on courses!). He used to have a column in the adver and my once 21st sister, was helped, in part, by this man and his constant advice, nagging and upbeat attitude. http://www.lspersonaltraining.com/

This is the water. And this is the well. Drink full and descend. The horse is the white of the eyes and dark within.

Gary haven't you got a friend you can go to the gym with etc? To me, that really helped get my arse in gear. When my mate and I went to uni I stopped going to the gym, it just wasn't as good without having someone there to push you.

Reg is right. I had 21, and now have many more.
It's not that my Mum's a goer, it's that my Dad has lots of seeds that need sewing. He's stopped naming them after the third and refers to them all as numbers. I'm lucky as i'm the only one to have a name, Dvanaestoro.
