This he's being a idiot. I have to agree. I'm no medical expert but I can't help but think that he could be doing some serious long term damage by playing right now.

Well after assessing him, they said he couldn't make the problem worse by playing so don't see a problem personally.
I don't think enough people on here are really medically qualified anough to comment.

Has he actually got a broken back? Or is it a fracture of one of his vertebraes? I'm sure no doctor would allow him to play if serious spinal injury was more of a possibility than if the fracture wasn't there.
Fair play to the lad for not just sitting on the sidelines picking up his wages each week.
(PS I have no idea about things medical)

I don't think enough people on here are really medically qualified anough to comment. In fairness, I did say I am no medical expert. Then again I'm no football expert but that does not stop me commenting on the subject. He's obviously getting treated by this bloke: http://www.worldwide-web.com/JeffreyBabad/Simpsons/Nick/nick.jpgHi Barry! Hi Dr Nick..top op a da morning to ya!

not at all, a tackel to someone who has al allready aggrivated back is going to do a lot more damage than to someone who's back is fine
