can I ask how much it cost to change all the letterheads from "PPARC" to "STFC" and to get that logo that looks, rather appropriately, that the sun is setting with the UK about to be plunged into scientific darkness - oh, and how many post docs you could get for that figure ?

Is it also true that Sandy Gray does the VAT returns for the diamond synchrotron ?  It bloody sounds like it !
