that reminds me, i saw someone outside wh smiths in town wearing a dukla prague away kit...well, the shirt.

i had to resist the urge to run up to him screaming like a loon

I have the home shirt and my mate has the away shirt (both from TOFFS).  I bought the home shirt just be be contrary.

Back in the day (apparently) Dukla didn't have an away kit...
They were also the army's team...
When communism fell their attendences collapsed...
They became Dukla Pibram...
They are now something else (I can't either remember or be arsed to look it up).

they've reformed and are back in the czech second division now.

i've just started a game on FM08 with them  Cheesy

yup! not sure how accurate the wikipedia entry is, didn't know nedved played for dukla in the 90's...

The Great Pavel was there for about one season.  They were successful because the army backed them.  They were hated because of this...their passing was not missed.
