You can get wireless digitsenders from about £20 to £100. Their effectiveness depends on a load of local factors - distance between source and receiver(s), wall construct, wireless network interference,  etc.

There is no problem having 2 receivers and one transmitter so providing ''range' is OK you could feed 2 additiojnal TVs from 1 source.

The main issues I had with digisenders are

1 - interference from wireless network caused a 'click click' sound/line on the TV (intermittant). Microwaves also really screw it up when on!
2. Most digisenders have 4 'channels' for audio/video but only 1 for the remote relay (AIE gold as sold in Argos £99 gets round this!). To cut a long story short a clash with the neghbours resulted in a remote control war as we were both controlling each others boxes.

That said, this setup works fine for my mum.
----------------------------------------------------
In the end I went for a cabled resolution - magic eye for £5 incl P&P from ebay (Already had remotes) and some coax. You can get boosters that are magic eye compatible and so can control the Sky box from more than one room.

No more interference, it works great!

Disadvantages - coax does not carry stereo sound from a Sky box.
                        - got to run cables

I got the Sky bloke round and said I want different channels in different rooms, here's £20 for your troubles.

Microwave works fine too.
